No…I don’t want to go! Take Shoko instead. I was dreaming of my boyfriend Buddy Budd from the blog Timmy’s Commentary. His fur is so shiny and soft. He makes me feel like a kitten. *sigh* No!….Mom did anyone tell you how rude you can be? I feel great…..see my leg even moves well. Dang….you just keep insisting…
This car sways too much. I’m being reminded of my ancestors in Thailand while they worked on the boats. It was very hard work but their singing eased the burden. ♫Mew, mew meeeewwww……meeeoooooowww♫
That was a quick trip….guess my ancestors were right and singing eases trying times.
If I shut my eyes she can’t see me…that’s what Shoko says. I’ll try it and hide my face for good measure. It didn’t work, she’s poking me!! Get your stubby little fingers away from my dainty bod. I weigh how much? I’ve lost a pound? Whoopee! Just like a real model….I’m skinny. I’d like to thank all the peeps involved in my weight loss….thank you mom for serving small portions and food I wouldn’t touch with a dead mouse. You are the prime peep responsible. She’s saying this is bad? No it isn’t. A pound is like 10 pounds for a peep? I promise I won’t lose more…please…please don’t put me on some disgusting diet. Whoa, that was close and no pukey food to gain weight. All else is good with me. See, I told ya mom.
1/ Kali and I both agree the most important thing that makes us happy is to live with mom and dad. They treat us very well and we love them. Mom is a little odd at times but she’s never boring
2/ I must say I do love running. I get so happy when Cow Kitty is chasing me home or I’m running after Kali down the hall.
3/ I have so much to be thankful for but this award is for what makes me happy. I would have to say laying in a sunpuddle, getting warm and cozy really makes my world go around.4/ We both are delighted when we hear from our boyfriends. Einstein sets my teeth on edge, he is one dude that just doesn’t slow down. Buddy is a gentleman and treats me as a lady should be treated.Einstein and I Glamping in Cat Scouts. Buddy and Kali enjoying a BBQ.
5/ For our last entry we decided to go with our stroller because we each like the stroll mom gives us. I am surprised that Shoko likes it but she never ceases to amaze me.

Admit to adoring 5 Bloggers who Make Us Happy and Notifying those Bloggers
We adore so many blogs and the hard work everyone puts into each post that we name everybody ….. This is a cop out Shoko…..you should name 5 blogs. I like them all, they’re my friends. Everyone else had the same problem. Cwap!! What if they’ve been nominated or don’t do these things? That’s ok, they’ll let you know. Alright…quit bugging me.
1/ Tomcat Commentary By Tim This is a blog of seven cats living in a loving home. Buddy and Einstein our boyfriends live here.
We posted this experience early last year. It’s true and a good read for a happy day. Have fun my friends.
There have been many comical moments in my mom’s life. Many of them are not nice to talk about and she’s the only one that thought they were funny anyway….or so I’ve been told. This incident happened many moons ago…in the 80’s. Dad was working out-of-town and would come home every 4 or 5 days to visit with mom. Usually he was just home for the night until his turnaround came. His turnaround was like 5 days at home and then back to work. That was construction in the boonies. There wasn’t the access to cell phones like now. Mobile phones were huge and cost a small fortune. So dad rarely called mom and when he did the conversation was very unsatisfactory. For example: “I love you” became…”I live less.” It was always nice to hear his voice though. This one year dad had come home and explained to mom that he had to work through Easter and wouldn’t be home for days afterward so mom decided to boil up some eggs, decorate them and put them all through his flat deck one ton truck. She made the designs with the paint and brushes, got the stencils for the hard ones. They were beautiful…according to mom.
That’s more like the type of designs on the eggs!!
Mom decided to hide the eggs in dad’s truck, on his seat, under the seat covers, on the visors, in the glove compartment, one on the floor by the gas peddle…you get the idea. Well, dad left real early the next day before mom was up and motored back to work. That evening mom got a phone call from dad and he was fuming mad. She was delighted to hear from him…until he told her why he was calling. Apparently she hadn’t cooked the eggs long enough before putting the designs on them and disbursing them throughout the truck. He had jumped in the truck and broke the first egg…no sweat, he thought, I’ll just change my jeans. That done he got back in the truck and headed up the mountain dirt road toward the camp. He quickly applied the gas and broke another egg. The sun was shining in his eyes and so he pulled the visor down and a partially cooked, painted egg fell and cracked on his lap. What did mom do when he told her?? She laughed her fool head off. What can I say…that’s my mom.
Mom and I went for a walk in the Lane cause the rain finally stopped today. Sky wanted to see her friend and the only way she mellowed out was with some oregano.
I looked up and down the Lane. I even looked in the bushes. There was just no sign of them. I figured, they just didn’t want to be found yet.
So we went home and asked Sky who was this mysterious stone in the Lane? She finally told us that the stone was her big sister. Since their mom left them in Williams Creek, they had never been parted. This was the first time they weren’t together. Sky believed her sister and Bashful were doing a lot of talking about their situations and would come home when the problems were resolved. She asked for more oregano and Chip gave in. Sky seemed to float in the clouds with a few sniffs of oregano and then she turned in.
Mom was going to do some work on her Notebook but I didn’t want her to. So we cuddled instead.
Sunday Selfie Day is coming up and seeing as I took this picture me self….oh sorry…my pirate speak is coming through. As I was saying, as I took this photo myself, I’m entering it into the selfies by The Cat On My Head. If you click on the host blog you shall be teletransported over there.
What a day! It’s been work, work and then some more work! We have changed the bed and done the washing. I tidied up the kitchen after mom threw potato salad fixin’s on the floor. Good Cat, she’s so messy! I never get a moment’s peace when she decides to do some food preparation. No, I didn’t take a picture of her mess…I was busy cleaning it up.
We then moved outside to do more planting. After today we only have the corn and cauliflower to plant. Everything looks good.
One of the green peppers..note the green pepper fruit growing.
Mom’s pride and joy are her dollar store hanging baskets.
2 Pails and some rope…thats what makes up the hanging baskets.
Notice the cukes and squash. Against the brown fence are Russian Potatoes and along the back fence are Russian Banana Potatoes. The Russian Potatoes are purple through and through. The Russian Banana Potatoes are like Fingerling Potatoes as they don’t grow big but are about the size of a gian’ts fingers or bananas.
The Oriental Poppy is starting to open
While we were seeing to these plants….what was Kali doing?
It’s also Artsy Fartsy Caturday of Athena and Marie’s blog. We have an entry and if you want to see other lovable anipals click on their name and be beamed over.
