Selfie Sunday starring the Terrific Tyebe

mol….that’s me Terrific Tyebe.  No , I say Twisted Tyebe.  Na ah, I’m not twisted…you’re twistedShut up you two….let’s enjoy the beautiful Sunday sun.

It’s cold as snot outside, Budd.  So, we’re inside where the sun is beating in the window.

Oh look, the city crew is hauling away the dirty ole snow in front of the house.  The city crews are kept busy as there has been no new snow or rain.
That’s some grubby snow…yuck!

See the schools are still in session up here. There’s lotsa Fancy Feast in all the stores. Kitty litter is in abundance. We kitties should be fine through the virus.

Today is Selfie Sunday at CooperMurphy’s house where The Cat On My Head blog is produced. This is a very special day as it is sunny and Sunday.  CooperMurphy is going to be the model at his house so I’ll be the model hereClick on the name or badge and fly over to the Blue household.
We call this picture Princess Tyebe cause one day I want to be queen to CooperMurphy’s king.

TYEBE…..ROYAL BLUE
BUDD……GAME GREEN
SHOKO…..SHOCKING BLACK

Sunday Selfies with Tyebe In January

Cat on my Head’s Sunday Selfie

I wanna play with the fishies in the sink.  Where did mom put those dang fishies.

Found them!  Like putting them on a shelf is going to keep me away…yeah, right!

Look at these fishies go. I wonder if fish in ponds flash red for humans when they’re ready to play, “Catch me if you can?”

I’m ready to pose for my selfie.

I’m holding the reusable grocery bags down. They just fall on the floor if I don’t lay on them.

It’s time for a Meezerism from Shoko.  Where are you Shoko?                                                        “Have you ever noticed that snow is the deepest where you want to walk?”

Photo Fails of Us

It’s the last Friday of the month, time for Photo Fails.  Melissa’s Mochas, Mysteries and Meows blog is hosting Photo Fails.  She has taken over from  SoLT of Cuddl ywumps Cat Chronicles.  Old SoLT, as she called herself, left us far too soon. Melissa has the honour of carrying on for our friend. Click on the red blog name or click on the picture and take the shortcut to Melissa’s blog.

Now the pictures we are about to show you have never been seen before by any human (except mom) or animal.

What are Photo Fails?  They are pictures mom has taken that didn’t measure up so no one has seen them until now.

Like this one:

Some bright soul decided to use the flash. Granted without the flash it would have been too dark. It’s a fail anyway.

Here’s a picture of me without the tips of my ears.

Cruel, cruel peeps around here.

This picture would’ve been great but Budd turned his head.
I’m sleeping on Shoko’s blanket. She normally won’t let anyone on it but she’s not here so what she doesn’t see won’t bother her.

Here’s a dark picture of me. It was taken earlier in the year before all the snow left.
Mom should have used the flash here. You can hardly make out the bird I’m watching on TV.

TYEBE…..ROYAL BLUE
BUDD…..GLUTTONOUS GREEN
SHOKO…..BLACK

Time for Shoko’s Meezer Proverbs.
“Looking a Meezer directly in her blue eyes is an invitation to play slap and whap.”

What do you call a cat that likes to read?

Litter-ate.

Thankful Thursday with Shoko

What a day!  It was horrible.  Yes, I went outside but not for long.  It was -13C out there.  Brr… Budd attempted a quick tinkle outside but gave up and came inside.  Budd’s water bowl outside is frozen solid.  Thank goodness dad got the heated water bowl out.  It’s now outside with cool but not frozen water.

I plan on staying right here for some time. It’s warm and comfy.

We all looked out the sliding glass door this morning and saw the snow. Tyebe didn’t want to see the snow….it looked too spooky for her and she left.

Budd and I decided to limit our time outside.

Seeing as it’s Thankful Thursday at Brian’s Home blog, we are thankful we are inside, warm and with plenty to chow down on.  We even have treats.

Have a great day friends.

Thankful Thursday with the 3 Mewsketeers

Budd come outside it’s a nice day.  A wee bit windy but nothing to hide over.  That’s it, shake those paws.  Tyebe’s flying around the yard with her leash on.

I found her Shoko.  Let’s mew over who will lead the way down the Lane.

I’s will lead the way down the Lane.  Me’s will be good at it.  Me’s can run down the Lane.  What about mom holding your leash?  Are you going to drag her down the Lane on her butt?  Oh, clumps of nip!!  Me’s forgot about her.  You can lead the way Tyebe if you slow down so we can read the newspaper along our walk.

OK….deal.  Me’s won’t drag mom along the Lane but walk like a grown-up kitty.

Did you two know it’s Thankful Thursday at Brian’s Home?  Ya, we did Tyebe and we’re thankful for these walks along the Lane before snow falls.  Snow falls?  What’s snow?  Gee, I guess you’ve never seen snow Tyebe but it’s white stuff that falls from the sky and covers the land till the land is all white. It gets very cold and the rain turns white.  Oh my kibble, I don’t like the sound of that.                                                  Maybe we can go for a walk tomorrow too.  We have to see what the weather’s like Tyebe.

Have a Thankful Thursday friends.

SHOKO…..BLACK

My First Selfie In The Lane

C’mon mom, let’s go for our walk.  It’s not as windy.
SHOKO…..BLACK
MOM……MAROON

This is what’s left of our snow.
Compared to the snow from a little over a month ago.

Um…I’ll be busy for awhile mom. This newspaper is very aromatic and ready for the sniffing.

Juno’s been out here. The nosy little tinkle head. Smudge is still here, good for him. He must’ve got a good vet report and that rash must’ve disappeared. I really must invite him over for some nip and a spot of cool water.   Be there in a few minutes mom!
Buds are just starting to form on this wee tree. I’ll take a picture in 2 weeks and see how far it’s come along.

I’m headed to the nip Shoks.  Be right there, mom.

Look at those juicy sprouts of nip. Some little tinkle head next door has been getting it all dirty. Geez!

It’s also Sunday Selfie time at The Cat On My Head.                                                      Jump on over and participate with us or just have a peek at your buddies.  Hit the highlighted blog hop’s name and you’re there!

How’s this for a quickie….selfie. I made it while walking. No moss growing under my paws!

Spring into Monday, my friends.
