What a day it’s been. It was 16C (61F) here with sunshine so I padded about the garden and chased Juno home. Then I sprawled out in the dirt. This will happen tomorrow too. I am very happy to get out and do my thing. There are even flies showing up to buzz about my head.
After a day of fresh air and examining the garden, I need a place to let my fur down but still see what mom’s doing.Right here on her desk is perfect for me to make sure she is not out running around with other kitties. You never can tell with her.
You realize it’s Thankful Thursday at Brian’s Home. Click on the name of the blog hop host and join us. So I am saying I am most thankful for today is this soft basket on mom’s desk. It”s so cozy that I’m getting sleepy. *yawn*
Actually, mom is not all that interesting when she’s on the computer. So I will say nightie nite and don’t let the bed fleas bite. What are you thankful for this Thankful Thursday?
Today’s is Brian’s Thankful Thursday and we thought we’d join in as we are very Thankful today. Today has been one of those days and we’re having a fair number of them…..sleep is the first thing that enters our minds. It’s cold and yucky out.
The snow is coming down so fast and thick. Brrr..
Kali and I have moved into the bedroom for some shut-eye and dreaming.
Selfie Sunday rears its head once again. Pop over to The Cat On My Head and join in her blog hop of anipals and admire the others posing for you. This week our kitty of the selfie variety is Kali. Thank you Shoko. These pictures were taken with the use of a remote selfie stick. I stuck the stick up against the lamp and clicked until there were some good photos. Granted you can’t see my face but you know it’s me from the velvety white coat of mine.
C’mon mom, for cwap’s sake. Do something artsy with Kali and hurry….we’re late…again! This is Kali on the face of a Canadian Loonie. Now, let’s get this off to Athena and Marie’s Blog so we can join the other anipals.
What a great sleep I had Kali. My word, I slept so hard…it must’ve been all the fun at Cat Scouts yesterday. I wrapped myself in the Canadian Flag. MOL
It’s my Gotcha Day, mom. Did you make a special meal for me. Sure did Shoko.
*Shoko opens the blinds on the sliding glass door* Surprise Shoko….we remembered it was your Gotcha Day. AWWW…you dudettes!! I sure love you two.
Woohoo..let’s get out of here and join the fun!
Mom brought out some more nibbles for us and our peeps.
Mmm…it doesn’t get any fresher than this my friends.
Don’t worry! The lemonade is spiked with 7 up and a few cherries.
Hey Bacon, you can have all the carrots if you want…we got them for you my little snorter.
Shoko reached the level of Sabertooth Tiger in Cat Scouts Saturday. This is the highest level a kitty can reach in Cat Scouts….we are so proud.
Remember last year mom…..you didn’t know how to make a Gotcha Cake then….MOL… Move on Shoko….let’s not tell everybody that I am still learning and sometimes get terrifyingly mixed up…shhh. Alright mom! Geesh.
Sorry no chicken here today Cupcake. Try a Fish Witch, they’re delicious! I invented them…I’m going to tell Raz so he can cook them at his Friday Fish Fry on Cat Scouts.
Hi there my little cuz…great to see you Dharth. Your friends are more than welcome too. Dig in…either in the garden or for some great food. MOL
