What a fine weekend here. The temperatures were above 0C. However the North Wind paid us a visit and the windchill brought the temp down so it felt like -15C
Shoko is going to impart a few words of wisdom with her latest Meezerism.
“The cat who steals fish from the counter will be treated like a thief by others but her tummy will thank her as she lays down for a cozy nap.”
We are joining Comedy Plus’s Aww….Monday. Simply click on the name and visit Sandee.
The Purrsuit of Flavours will be out on Wednesday and we are going to make Dill Sauce, Only 4 ingredients in this recipe so no one can say it was too complicated. mol
See ya Wednesday with the easy peasy sauce of mine….ok, Shoks….it’s Shoko’s recipe too.
we ike that important part of catwisdom… if our tummy is grateful, we can ignore laws and da justice, right?

Yup, the stomach and its needs make stealing just filling the requirements!! No problemo!
Oh, we must get *her* to find a good sauce…we already used the cranberry one last time! Hmmm…

I must say your mom’s cranberry sauce goes nicely with chicken. We used her recipe for our Christmas dinner chicky.

Shoko you are so wise! Our tummies are the most important thing after all!

Yes Teddy, it seems the brain and tummy work in unison. When the stomach is full then the brain can understand whatever mom says but an empty stomach means n empty brain? That doesn’t sound right.

I think my human is on to me being on the counters since she started working at home because she’s far away in the basement below the kitchen and suddenly she’s there pointing that paw of hers at me. I haven’t quite figured out how not to thud when I land yet…any suggestions? =^,,^=

OMG!!! Purrsea, how are you? We haven’t heard from each other for a few years now. I am delighted to see you at our joint. Friends, this is a long time friend of mine from BC. As welcoe as the sweet smell of Spring.
Mom’s seem to know what we’ve done without even being in the same room. It’s kinda spooky. I think my mom is a “Witchy Woman.”

We LOVE the Mezzerism! Purrfect. It was OK here yesterday and the sun was bright. It was snowing when we got up this morning, then turned to slush and the driveway and the deck are like slurpies! (Except not quite so sticky). We can’t wait to see the recipe you concoct on Wednesday!

Shoko, if the cat has a happy tummy, then it’s all good!

Shoko, I agree, we cats must obey our tummies. There is always two sides in a coin, yes, but who can be happy and cute with an empty tummy.
