This was the Yellow Light Parade that happens every night at 7pm. The emergency vehicles have been joined by big businesses amd average citizens that go past all health facilities in the city. It is one city pooling its pride to show everyone they are not alone.

I watched a video of a solitary bagpiper walking the street near a hospital, to honour the nurses, doctors, and staff! Made a lump in my throat!

It does make a large lump in one’s throat. This virus has shown us what great and caring peeps there are and peeps are no good at saving for a rainy day.

Thank you all for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! Our local marijuana dispensaries are apparently considered essential, because they’re still open and consistently have long lines outside of their doors. My neighbor’s adult son lives with her and he apparently visits the dispensaries, because he regularly sits in his car to smoke the stuff. It smells like skunk, and that’s one of my least favorite smells in the world. Anyway, I really like your answer to #4. What a wonderful visit, and thank you for supporting first responders and other such workers!
