Thankful Thursday with Shoko

What a day!  It was horrible.  Yes, I went outside but not for long.  It was -13C out there.  Brr… Budd attempted a quick tinkle outside but gave up and came inside.  Budd’s water bowl outside is frozen solid.  Thank goodness dad got the heated water bowl out.  It’s now outside with cool but not frozen water.

I plan on staying right here for some time. It’s warm and comfy.

We all looked out the sliding glass door this morning and saw the snow. Tyebe didn’t want to see the snow….it looked too spooky for her and she left.

Budd and I decided to limit our time outside.

Seeing as it’s Thankful Thursday at Brian’s Home blog, we are thankful we are inside, warm and with plenty to chow down on.  We even have treats.

Have a great day friends.

OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOO – it’s SNOOOOOOOOOOW! I guess it won’t be too terribly long before we have that white stuff around here – we have a feeling since it’s been a very wet Fall so far that we’ll have a WHITE WET winter! Stay warm.

    Hugs, Teddy

This is the time we usually get snow. Actually, we’re a little late. Budd looks out the livingroom window while laying at the top of the cat pole. He doesn’t seem interested in braving the elements unless mom goes out.

Snow already. It’s really getting cold here too, but we don’t get snow. It’s pretty, but I’m too old for shoveling snow.

Have a purrfect Thankful Thursday. My best to your peeps. ♥

Now that hubby has retired I no longer shovel. I did it for 30 years and have had enough over to hubby. I remember one shovelling day a teenaged girl was walking by and said to me…”You know, you should get someone to shovel for you. My mom doesn’t shovel.” I had a good chuckle about that. No offer of help….just get someone else.

      Have a super day.

Budd, am betting that you are very glad that you can come inside to do your business now! Frozen water bowls, snow…spring cannot come fast enough, and it’s not even winter yet…

Brrr! that is too cold. I wonder if we will have snow this year. We very rarely get it here but had it 3 times last winter. If we get the same this winter, I’m hibernating!

Lucky you!! Tyebe ran out in the backyard and puffed herself up like a porcupine….she looked very funny. She ran in when I opened the door. Now she’s fast asleep. I think it was cooler than she was expecting.
