A Sunday Selfie with Tyeebe

SHOKO…..BLACK
TYEEBE…..ROYAL BLUE
MOM…..RED

Tyeebe get outta my face!   See me….wooohooo *thunders down the hall*

Cwap!!  How long does this stupid behaviour go on, Mom?  A few more months, Shoko.  Months??  I was never this bad.  Tyeebe scratches and bites like all the time.  I know, but so did you No, that’s hard to believe.  You see my gardening gloves?  Ya.  I used to wear those while watching TV or sitting anywhere near you.  You drew blood every time you were on my lap.

Me??    It’s all part of growing up, Shoko.  So be patient with Tyeebe, she’ll outgrow it.                                                                          Don’t even think about biting my tail, Tyeebe.  I got your number.

Today is The Cat on My Head’s Sunday Selfie.  You can handle it Tyeebe.  OK, I’s can do this, no problem…..this thing is a remote, right?  Yep.

Sorry, I’s was distracted.

Seems I’s still distracted. This is hard!

I’s got it!!  Oops, forgot the selfie.  I’s seem to be very forgit-itful. mol *hick*                                                                         There I’s looks like an angel. mol *hick*

Go to The Cat on My Head’s blog and look at all the furries posing for you.  Stop by and say hi to mes.  I’s love to chatters.

Oh my, nail cutting time is awful. Being forced to sit on mom’s lap while dad cuts the nails I have manicured so well. It’s not fair, I say. Always love to see you Simone my denmate.

Great effort for your first selfie, Tybee. Sorry to tell you Shoko, but if she is anything like Flynn was it will take years before she calms down a bit. Eric on the other hand was laid back from the day he was born. You will soon be having lots of fun together.

Sweet first selfie Tyeebe! I’m sorry Shoko isn’t “warming up” to you yet…..let’s hope she will soon allow you into her purrrrsonal space. You are just so darn cute and I’m sure sooner or later she’ll play with you.

    Hugs, Teddy

Tyeebe she just needs to adjust to having a little sister but she will eventually give in and the two of you will be BESTIES – and that’s just a very wonderful feeling!! Hang in there……you are too cute to resist!

It must take a long time cause she’s no angel when she’s all over the bed, jumping up and down on mom and digging her nails in. Then she leaps after my tail. No fun.

Purrseidon here – Shoko, dear furiend, I TOTALLY understand what you’re going through. And if I dare say so, possibly the only thing worse than a little sister is a half-blind little brofur…. >^.^<

Shoko, as per the specialist, Katsu’s eye was injured when he was very, very little – littler than your new sister. THEN, the injury was mis-diagnosed, so he didn’t get the propurr treatment. Thus, by this time, the basic problem can’t be fixed…. His eye’s retina is ‘floating’, and he isn’t totally blind in the eye, so when the retina moves around, his vision swims, which is probably why he sometimes seems like a klutz. The specialist can’t reattach this retina thngy, which is why he’s tentatively scheduled to have surgery next week. >^.^<

This is terrible. Poor Katsu. It’s bad enough to go to the vet and then have the vet misdiagnosis his problem is not fair. I hope the surgery works and he has 2 good eyes. My paws are crossed for him.

As I understand it, he will probably only have one eye, but it will be a good one… This assumes they will not be able to ‘anchor’ the retina.

So be it…he can manage nicely once he is used to the new perception he sees with. He will always be extra special in our eyes cause it takes more for him to register things with his eyes.

That’s okay Tyeebe, selfies are hard work. Shoko, eventually Tyeebe will settle down. Hahaha, eventually. 🙂
