My First Selfie In The Lane

C’mon mom, let’s go for our walk.  It’s not as windy.
SHOKO…..BLACK
MOM……MAROON

This is what’s left of our snow.
Compared to the snow from a little over a month ago.

Um…I’ll be busy for awhile mom. This newspaper is very aromatic and ready for the sniffing.

Juno’s been out here. The nosy little tinkle head. Smudge is still here, good for him. He must’ve got a good vet report and that rash must’ve disappeared. I really must invite him over for some nip and a spot of cool water.   Be there in a few minutes mom!
Buds are just starting to form on this wee tree. I’ll take a picture in 2 weeks and see how far it’s come along.

I’m headed to the nip Shoks.  Be right there, mom.

Look at those juicy sprouts of nip. Some little tinkle head next door has been getting it all dirty. Geez!

It’s also Sunday Selfie time at The Cat On My Head.                                                      Jump on over and participate with us or just have a peek at your buddies.  Hit the highlighted blog hop’s name and you’re there!

How’s this for a quickie….selfie. I made it while walking. No moss growing under my paws!

Spring into Monday, my friends.

That is some difference between the snow, then and now. Glad you got out for a walk too, makes for a very laid back easy (and dry) selfie. Looks and sounds like you need some security fences around that nip tree to stop any more pilferage MOL

The neighbours in Cow Kitty’s house have 1 cat and he’s indoor. The dog is small and talks alot. The lady has 5 daughters under the age of 14. No one for me to watch. I’m still looking for Cow Kitty.

We got more snow yesterday and expect more in a couple of days. Spring is trying to break through, here, but it’s two steps forward, one step back. Our nip isn’t quite coming out yet. Our cat must wait!

I’m glad you’re finally seeing the signs of spring. It’s been a long and cold winter. Time for some sunshine and warmth.

Have a purrfect Selfie Sunday. My best to your mom. ♥

Shoko,, we are happy to see your snow is almost totally melted. Wow a nip plant. We always have to replant every year. Mom got a good laugh out of “tinkle head.” Thanks for showing off your beautiful self and hopping. That’s a businesslike walk…lol…I called my mother’s dog a tinklehead this afternoon and he actually looked quite hurt! I must try to get my lot some catnip – we have a wonderful oregano plant but they don’t bother with it all…😺💕🌱xxx

You still have snow?! I think the white stuff is pretty, but I’ve heard it is cold on the lil’ bean pads. Maybe you’ll have to setup a night watch to guard your nip? It looks like a nice patch of green nom.

    Shoko,
Our Humans came back from BlogPaws and the Female Human has been dancing around the house because ALL the snow is gone in the front and back yard AND there’s some tiny little green things starting to pop out.

    Kitties rejoice, spring is coming!

We are 60 miles south of your country in Northern Idaho. Those humans, they get whipped up about the silliest things!

You’d get it pretty cold there too. Makes me wonder why Vancouver is a tropical area and so is Washington but not you guys. It’s not fair, I say. All meezers and kin should have beautiful sunny weather. mol

I’m so suspicious in the Lane. A walk takes us over 20 minutes and I barely leave Fort Meezer. I have to protect mom now and this is a heavy responsibility.

I think I shall mellow out and not get so snippy with Juno next door. Her mom doesn’t plant anything for her so I can share. I see there are more nip plants this year. The wind must have blown some seeds around..

MeOW You’d think with all that moisture left over from the snow meltin’, there wouldn’t be any brown ground. Have a good walk. Big hugs
