Fridays…Fancy Fill-Ins from Us

Mew, mew…Kali, what are you doing in my Pillow Tent?

Go away Shoko, I’m sleeping!

Naha! This is my space and you didn’t even mew at me….you just got nice and comfy.

Alright, geez, bet she doesn’t even want to be in there just can’t stand me being peaceful.

Much better now let’s get busy with the Friday Fill-Ins co-hosted by Ellen of 15 and Meowing and Annie of Mcguffy”s Reader.                                                                                                       I will take the first 2 sentences while Kali will look after the last 2 sentences.

1. I would like to ask….KALI….. why …..SHE PAWS AT THE WATER IN THE FOUNTAIN AND GETS THE FLOOR SOAKING?

NO PICTURE…mom’s usually too busy cleaning up the water.

2 My favorite fast food restaurant is…..”MOM’S DINER “….. AT TREAT TIME.                                                      My turn, fuzz face.  I’m ticked at you Shoks.  There was no need to kick me out of the Pillow Tent.  Anywho….
3. If I could go to any concert of someone still performing, it would be …..THE JINGLE CATS.  THEY ARE AWESOME!

4. My Winter pastime is usually…..NAPPING, because …..IT’S COLD AND I REALLY FEEL THE COLD.

There you have it, our fill-ins for the week.

Good answers, girls. Of course Lexi’s favorite fast food restaurant was Micky D’s. She refused to leave Ace Hardware Store one day until I asked her if she wanted to go to Micky D’s, which was across the street.

Poor Kali, I would think Shoko could be a sweet Cat Scout and let her older sister enjoy the tent. Thank you both for these great fill-in answers. That is funny that Kali likes to play in the water, I would have guessed it to be Shoko liking that. Have a nice weekend! XO

No way am I letting the white ghostie float wherever she wants. We must maintain some order in this place or anarchy will reign supreme or somethin like that. Cat Scouts value order as well as kindness. I don’t kick Kali off the bed and I never take the pillow tent long is Kali is suffering with her joints as she is today. Today she is in the pillow tent and I am out on the condo.

Shoko….but I do feel guilty for pushing her out…I should be tougher but I’m getting so soft as I get older.

Clyde is a water boy, as you will see on our gif today. He paws at it, too. I think it goes back to pawing at nursing. A lot of bottle-fed babies do this, too. Like Clyde. He used to hold his bottle. Stay warm up there! Hugs.

Mom’s Diner is always the best, unless you are like Cecil from Beanie and Cecil. He tasted something once and said, “Just like Mother used to make! And we all know what a terrible cook Mom was.”

Keeping warm is my favorite thing to do in winter, also.

haha….I loved this comment. Hubby and I have been married 46 years but when I made the very first supper for him he had the same remark…” Just like mom used to make and she was a horrible cook.” I was crushed as a new bride. and so proud of myself. He had a point his mother was a god awful cook. She set more things on fire when cooking supper. She just kept on talking while the t-towel or oven migt was flaming away. She simply threw the item under the tap and kept talking. What a woman! She was also my substitute teacher in high schoo. hehe

You’d be no luckier here. We only get packaged food. That’s because we don’t like mom’s cooking. She has tried but her food is god awful! We stick our noses and tails in the air and walk away. She’s given up now. Thank heavens!

Never do we ever get any peeps food. To tell you the truth I don’t like it. The one and only thing I like is olive juice. I snuck some from the olive bowl when mom was finished. It’s delicious. I don’t get to steal it very often though.

Oh Shoko, there’s no rhyme or reason to that water thingy. Sis Lexi used to do it all da time and mommy was constantly askin’ her why. Alas, no answer, just a tail in the air and off she went. MOL big hugs fur all. Ya’ll be lookin’ gawjus as always.

    Luv ya’
