Sparks of Magic

It’s Monday, time for Sparks with McGuffy’s Reader and Annie.

We are into the Christmas season and most of us are happy and content.

Why can’t it be like Christmas every day of the week?

Have a great Monday, my friends.

We agree sweet friends. Why can’t it be like this every day of the entire year where everyone is so much nicer and gentler to each other? Now that would be an awesome world. XOXO – Bacon

But then, Christmas wouldn’t be special. And, there is a higher depression and suicide rate during this time that any other time of the year. No thanks.

Just the feeling Amy. If, peeps were as happy during the rest of the year and giving. Suicide rates do increase but after Christmas when the hubba has died down. Most people are just trying to get through the holidays.

That is the magic of Christmas! I think sometimes we put a lot of pressure on ourselves during the holidays that are in conflict with the Christmas spirit. If we could strip out all that added stress, Christmas magic would be much more free to move around in our lives! And THAT would be magical!

You are so right Lisa. Without the added pressure we would all be laid back and relaxed but then who would do all the stuff we fuss about. I guess part of the magic is the pressure and great satisfaction when everything works out well.
