Father’s Day Selfie

Where’s dad…it’s his day.  What did you get him Shoko?  Were we suppose to get him something?  He doesn’t like chewing on your mouse or a straw.  He just drinks through the straw…he looks like a dork when he does that.  I guess his mom never showed him how to play with it.                                                                    This mouse moves when I hit his bum.  MOL

SHOKO…..BLACK
KALI…..ORANGE                                                                   Does it look like you should sip at a drink with this…I don’t think so.

Mom says she will make dad a special supper so we don’t have to share our toys.  Woo hoo, we’re off the hook.

This is also Selfie day at The Cat On My Head blog.                                                                Click on the blog host name and visit your lovely friends acting their best for the selfie.                                                                        I had to set the timer on the selfie for this one.  I did fall sound asleep.

Hope everyone has a special Father’s Day.  If you have no father…..celebrate anyway.  Thank your friends for being there for you and have a special time playing.

Nope, straws are definitely for playing with, and not for drinking. I mean stands to reason that a straw can’t hold water as a hole at each end! Humans, you’d have thought they’d have spotted that design flaw!

Happy Father’s Day to you both, Shoko and Kali! Those are sweet selfies! My two, Andy and Dougy, started the day being naughty (Dougy) and a victim of naughtiness (Andy), but things settled out after a morning chase game.

Straws tend to end up looking like that at our house too. We have to be sure to hide our drinks if Sophie is around. But to her credit, she has never spilled a drink while absconding with a straw! Happy Father’s Day to your dad!

Dad is getting a steak which he doesn’t get very often so I’m thinking none will be left for me or Kali. Mom got us some oven roasted turkey from the deli for our snacks. We like turkey.

Aww….you’re too nice. I hardly ever bear my tummy to the world. Someone could tickle me and then I’d have to attack from a sleeping position. That would be difficult…I don’t wake up well…I’m sorta stunned. MOL

Straws are really the bestest toy. Light and easily dragged wherever you want. Mom’s head at night makes a goofd floor for playing. Sometimes she gets right in there and plays too.

Wow, there must have been a mild winter in Midway. Lucky Kozmo and Jo Jo. Their dad is pretty lucky too. No such luck up here. in fact there are hardly any bugs at all. Mom saw 1 bee and 1 mosquito but at least 3 flies.
Hope all is great with you Barb.

Looks like Nellie and I had too much fun planting and fertilizing. There are large empty spots in the garden where beans and peas should be. Mom is giving me the “evel eye”.

Shoko, you have a lovely belly. Looks as if you were tired out from all the fun at the Cat Scouts camping trip. We are sending belated best Father’s Day wishes to your dad. That straw does not look like a good gift. Thanks for joining the hop! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

Hi my friend from …what do we call it…..the Zoo, Zee? Anyway a long way away. I am very seldom in this pose when anyone is around. I’m too vulnerable but it was onlty mom and she knows, one scratch on my tummy and she has no face. Can’t let these peeps get in an inch or they’ll take a mile. MOL

We have straws like that and I like to chew them all up. Funny our Dad does not know much about things either, MOL. Dads are special though and we wish yours a Happy Fathers Day. Einstein will be by to tell you what we are doing for the cruise. Purrs ladies and Dad

I like that Valentine and it’s true. We give till it hurts and every single day. I can’t count the many fur balls I’ve given mom not to mention the creative designs in the kitty litter when I tinkle. These shapes could well be framed…they’re that good. MOL

      Love, Shoko
