Eight Days Until Christmas

Egads! Eight shopping days till Christmas. I did manage to save my treats and traded mom for a present for Kali. She will be so happy. She’s been busy in the bedroom most of the day. I guess she’s busy wrapping all my gifts.

I seem to have had a few slips with the decorations around our den. There was such a beautiful bird sticking his tail over the entrance to the den….I just had to remove him. He was light so I threw him into the air and boy was he a fun guy with his tail sticking out. Hmm….he doesn’t look so good anymore.

Beaks gone!!

Beaks gone!!

The Advent Calendar says:

The 15th day of December is a big beach ball which reminds me of my friends from cat scouts Raz and Allie of the Friends Furever blog. Why? They live near an ocean and so they could play with the beach ball all day.

The 16th day is a train and it reminds me I’d love to take a beautiful train ride through the Rockies and go and visit Nellie from Penelope, in Alberta.

On to the Twelve Days of Christmas Cats;

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me
Three friendly felines…they all were just after my nip…go away!

On the Fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me;

Four Calico cats…………Cwap! I only know one…Trixie.
Three Friendly Felines
Two Tawny Tabbies……..and
A kitten in a Fir Tree.

      Hey Mario. You will make out like a bandit my friend. You are such a good honest kitty. I do miss you at Cat Scouts but understand why you’re not there. I love it when you pop in for a visit.

      Glad to know that you enjoy the twelve day of Christmas. The birdies are so much fun and the beakless one will be hanging around my house decorations until the end of Christmas. hehehe

      Oh ya….I’m in deep dung!! I might have to take some demerit points at cat scouts. Killing the bird is not all I’ve done this week but we won’t talk about those little foibles. I would love to blame the dogs next door….we have dogs on either side of us…but somehow I don’t think mom would buy it….outside….that’s different…inside…no way.

      Good idea…that’s an idea for a posty! A CSI to examine the ripped and shredded Christmas stuff. No I didn’t get the snow on the blog. You must have answered my prayers and I haven’t seen the answer yet. You are the bestest.

      Big kisses,

    I’m sure she is busy with wrapping your gifts… or maybe she still ponders about the purrfect gift :o) Birds are light, I agree, that’s probably the secret that they can fly :o) and yes, some of them look not good anymore, that’s because the air is too cold for that birds :o)

    Uhoh on the bird Shoko but know what? “Stuff happens!”…….It won’t be long now until we go visit Santa at the North Pole for Scouts AND then in turn he’ll come visit US on Christmas Eve! What a deal huh?

      I’m hoping mom thinks like us Sammy and says to herself, “Chit happens! “I am so excited to go to the North Pole…I did have a problem with Cat Scouts but I changed browsers and all is well again. Reindeer games…hohohoh.

      Shhh….not so loud Crepes. I chewed it off and spat it under the Christmas Tree. So now its in that big snakey thing mom brings out of the closet once a week. I think she’s going to put it back on my house decorations….beakless!! She did…it doesn’t look so good anymore mom.

      I figured with 1 demerit badge I can get into lots of stuff…I never thought these shenanigans could add up. Dang!! You’re probably right Dezi…I flipped the red bow off of my decorations…closely followed by Santa with a bite in his head. I didn’t think it counted. Kali has been pushing the gift from our cousins all around the Christmas Tree.
